Why I Started Evalve

Dr. Christopher Sanzeri

I'm Dr. Chris Sanzeri -- an Ed.D. with years in education leadership. Most recently, I served as Director of Special Education at U-46, Illinois' second-largest district, where I oversaw 1,400+ staff members and led large-scale AI implementation across teams.

I've watched talented teachers drown in manual processes while students wait for services. I've seen districts buy into AI hype from vendors who've never set foot in a school building. And I've seen what happens when AI is implemented thoughtfully -- by someone who actually understands the work.
